I asked kindly for croissant com queso pressado and a glass of sumo de laranja natural, was given something with fiambre in it and only realised along the way.
I return and kindly asked to change it for my actual order: they barely acknowledged the error, didn't bother apologising and treated me like I was bothering them, because they were too busy listening and laughing to some drama happening to an old lady.
The replacement croissant was barely heated and not worth the price. Just an afterthought.
On top of that, they serve you sumo de laranja from a dodgy jug sitting under the machine, definitely not freshly pressed.

Kleine Bäckerei mit Süßen und Herzhaften sowie belegten Brötchen. Selbst die Einheimischen treffen sich hier zum Frühstück. Große Auswahl . Preise sind günstig. Sitzplätze nur drinnen. Leider erst am letzten Morgen entdeckt . Bar und Kartenzahlung ist möglich.

Pastelaria de bairro típica caseira. Excelente diversidade e qualidade de pasteleiro tradicional portuguesa. Desde os croissant à moda do Porto, aos húngaros, ao pastel de nata e bolos guarnecidos. Ótimo café Buondi. Casa portuguesa com certeza e simpatia. Enche bastante, o que revela só bons motivos. Recomenda-se. Sugestão: ter pão de sementes/integral e terem opção de bebida vegetal

A typical homemade neighborhood pastry shop. Excellent variety and quality of traditional Portuguese pastries. From Porto-style croissants to Hungarian pastries, custard tarts, and decorated cakes. Great Buondi coffee. A truly Portuguese establishment with friendly service. It gets quite crowded, which is a good reason to be. Highly recommended. Suggestion: offer seeded/wholemeal bread and plant-based milk options.
